About Amy's Treat and the Seacoast Cancer Center:

The Seacoast Cancer Center is a small regional facility that treats more than 300 patients a week and was for a long time a second home to Amy and her loved ones as she fought a difficult, but inspiring battle with cancer.

This past September, after almost three years, she lost that brave battle. Throughout the entire ordeal, Amy never forgot what mattered most in life, and that was her family, friends and the memories she continued to create with them. Much to the delight of those whose company she kept, she never allowed her illness to get in the way of enjoying the gift of her life.

In keeping with her fun-loving spirit and to honor her desire to establish a registry of special moments and needed services for others facing similar challenges, we have created Amy's Treat.

Our mission is simple. We hope to ease a burden, fill a need or offer a reprieve in the way of an outing in which to renew the spirit. More than 180 individuals to date have benefited from Amy's Treat. Your generosity in supporting our efforts will go along way in assuring that many more individuals are "treated" by Amy. We consider it a fitting legacy.
